Will do Patrieck. Have just been reading your stuff regarding the gearbox (C52) this evening. It made me wonder if the gearbox can handle the extra power? Should one try to reenforce it?

I have a MR2 AW11 (124 HP) from 1985. Last year I managed to get my hands on a supercharger kit here in Denmark. I want to update the N/A to supercharger. Hopefully during the winter. Also bought a MAPECU3 which I have read should be a very good piggyback.

Hallo Marcel,
Ik heb zelf een tweedehands MIG/MAG lasapparaat gekocht via Marktplaats.
De mijne is een Oerlikon Citoline 1700M wat ik als een bijzonder fijn lasapparaat ervaar voor het lichte werk zoals lassen aan plaatwerk of licht constructiewerk.
Het is een machine die gewoon op 230V werkt, dus je hebt geen krachtstroom nodig. Enkel een fles met gas en ik geloof dat ik een spoel met 1mm lasdraad gebruik, maar dat weet ik niet helemaal zeer meer. Het is alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik die machine opgezet heb.

Hoi Miquel,
Ik ga ook een een soort gelijk project beginnen. Een Ducato ombouwen naar een camper. Waarschijnlijk volgen er zeker wat las werkzaamheden. Graag wil ik weten welk apparaat jij hiervoor gebruikt. Ik denk altijd, aldoende leert men.

Auto is eindelijk rijdend maar nu de rest nog.

Hi,
Good to hear another Trueno is under restoration.
Parts for these cars are getting harder and harder to find.
Mist bodyparts are long discontinued from the manufacturer and Toyota can't supply them anymore.
Your best bet is to see if sites like Amayama.com still have parts in stock. But I myself have already experience that they sometimes list it as still in stock, but when you order it, they can't deliver it.
Yahoo auction Japan is also a good source for (used) parts. As is ebay. But do verify it really is the part you need that is listed on those auction sites.
Hioe this helps you out a little. If you have very specific parts you can't find, you can always send me an email with what you are lokking for and I'll see what I can do.

I also try to restore my AE92 GTS Sprinter Trueno. I have a difficulties to find parts. Can you assist me where to find the body parts ie turn light, windshield rubber seal and other parts?
